SMS Terms.
Clear rules for conversational real estate inquiry texts. Last updated July 29, 2026.
John Carle Real Estate Inquiry Texts.
1. Who sends the messages
The program is operated by John Carle, REALTOR®, trading through Homes & Gardens Real Estate Limited. Messages may be prepared or sent by John Carle's automated AI assistant. The assistant identifies itself and is not a licensed real estate professional. Questions requiring licensed judgment are referred to John.
2. How you opt in
You opt in only by selecting the optional SMS checkbox on a JohnCarle.com inquiry form or by making another documented request to receive texts. Providing a phone number without selecting the checkbox does not create website SMS consent. Consent is not a condition of receiving real estate services.
3. What messages cover
Messages respond to your property, buying, selling, valuation, showing, or appointment inquiry. They may include factual follow-up questions, requested property information, scheduling options, and reminders connected to that inquiry. The program is not used for unrelated third-party advertising.
4. Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies with your inquiry and replies. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's terms govern those charges. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Stopping messages
Reply STOP to opt out. You may also use END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. After an opt-out request, you may receive one confirmation message and then no further program messages unless you opt in again.
6. Getting help
Reply HELP for help, email john@johncarle.com, or call (780) 937-7534.
7. Privacy
We record consent and conversation information only as described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in information and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose it only to service providers that process messaging on our behalf under confidentiality and use restrictions; those providers may not use it for independent marketing.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated when the program, law, or carrier requirements change. The date above identifies the current version. Continued participation after notice of a material change is subject to applicable consent requirements.
