- Direct line: 780-937-7534. No team gatekeeper. No "press 1 for..." If I'm with a client, I call back within 90 minutes. Always.
2. No pressure. Ever.
- I don't need your deal. I need your trust. If the right move is wait, rent, renovate, or buy elsewhere — I'll say so. My referrals come from honest advice, not closed transactions.
3. You get me on the critical stuff.
- Negotiation, inspection review, condition removal, closing coordination — I'm in the room (or on the call). Not an assistant. Not a "team lead." Me.
4. Full transparency on the numbers.
- Every comparable. Every price reduction. Every day on market. Every seller motivation I know. Every defect disclosed. You see what I see.
5. My network is your network.
- Lawyers, inspectors, mortgage brokers, contractors, stagers, movers, cleaners — vetted, priced, accountable. If they drop the ball, I fix it.
