Data Deletion Request.
We'll remove your personal information from our records. Most requests are processed within 7 business days.
How it works
Three steps.
1. Fill out the form below with the email and/or phone number you used to interact with us.
2. We verify the request (typically within 1 business day) by sending a confirmation to that email or phone.
3. Once verified, we delete your contact record from our CRM and marketing systems. Transaction records required by the Real Estate Council of Alberta (typically 7 years) are retained per legal obligation; all other records are deleted.
What we delete
- Your name, email, and phone from our contact database
- Saved searches, listing alerts, and notification preferences
- Email and SMS marketing subscriptions (you won't hear from us again unless you re-subscribe)
- Form submissions and inquiry history (if no active transaction)
What we keep (only where required by law)
- Records of completed real estate transactions (7 years, per RECA)
- Tax-relevant financial records (7 years, per CRA)
- Any records under a court order or legal hold
