Listings on this site are synced regularly from the MLS feed. Most updates appear quickly, but timing can vary depending on feed refreshes and when listing agents update the MLS.

Can I save homes to view later?

Yes! Click the heart icon on any listing to save it. You can view all your saved homes from your dashboard. (Note: This feature is currently in beta.)

Virtual Tour — home has a 360-degree tour available. New — listed within the last 14 days. Featured — I am actively marketing this property. These icons help you spot standout listings at a glance.

How do I schedule a showing?

Click Contact about this property on any listing, or call me at (780) 937-7534. I can schedule showings same-day or at your convenience. I will also give you honest feedback about each home.

What if I do not see a home I like?
